Baghdad-11-3 (KUNA) -- The Iraqi Foreign Ministry today on Iraq's acquisition of the membership of the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (Echo Suk) after the vote majority of the members of the United Nations in favor of it.

The ministry said in a statement that "Iraq won membership (Echo Suk) on the continent of Asia and during the elections which took place in the General Assembly of the United Nations yesterday, Thursday,."

It added that Iraq obtained 181 votes out of 192 the number of members of the United Nations to become one of a few countries which got a high percentage of the votes.

It considered this victory, which they described as "important" in appreciation of the international community for the role of the new Iraq in this international organization and the level of the world and diplomatic victory for Iraq.

It is noteworthy that the Economic and Social Council of the principal organs function of the United Nations is responsible for the design of economic and social policies of the Organization.

My kids have learned a new language which i embarrasingly find myself saying outloud, words like lol, brb, and afk, hahaha, my little one actually says lol when she finds something funny .....and the yard, thats now officially condemned property and my laundry has mysteriously took on a life of it's own (i swear i heard the jeans telling the towels they were planning a coupe) haha

kuwait gives more than that a month to there citizens i'll see if i can find that link i had but they give 3000kd (11100usd) to the head of household and 1250kd (4625usd) per child ... then add you can legally have 5 wives. the catch is if your not a native born kuwaiti it takes 25 years of living there to be a citizen

5 wives?? My God they could move to Colorado City and some of those places in N Arizona and be right at home. LOL OOOpppppppssss Sorry Neno. Back on subject.

Not bad. I did pay 6.500,00 Norwegian KR. for 1.000.000,00 IQD and if it R/V at USD 0.31 that will make me 2.015.000,00 NOK yes you reed me right, ower two million NOK. To your reference a new house costs about NOK 1.5 million in Norway. So i think we can call us selves rich at an 0.31 R/V

You read that wrong, I think. If you look at other currencies, you'll see that the figure in brackets is how many of the currency in question it takes to buy 1 USD. So that is .31 Dinars = 1 US Dollar.

Also, that is the old dinar. There are two entries for Iraq: the old dinar, and the new one. What I find interesting is that the new one shows m.float which is also what China shows. This means floating in line with a specified bundle of currencies, I think.
