My understanding from previous posts is that there is a 3-4 hour process the court has to go through before the verdict is pronounced. May take a while to hear something later tonight. Now, as far as any announcement for our "New economy Package", I think it would make sense for it to come when Malike responds to the verdict. He has made strong statements about Saddam getting what he deserves. It would be a great opportunity for him and the new government to comment on "the end of autrocities, domination and dictatorship and the beginning of a New Iraq, New Economic future, and moving forward".

I have been watching CNN World news and Fox but have not heard anything about an Iraq economic package...just Iran war games, election, debunk Rumsfield, etc. Nice piece about a great "hero" Mr. Cook who has been in 3 tours of duty in Iraq. The day is just beginning so let's see "our dreams come true"

It sure is Daydream.

This in combination with the statements of yesterday that "Iraq has fullfilled all International obligations" and "launching the local currency" tells me that we don't have dream that long anymore.

Good point!!!! I seen stories of people who came into vast wealth and their lives went haywire and after a short time they were either broke, or dead. My prayer was and always will be that the Lord help me be a "Good Steward" of the blessings so I would be an example and not a story that is told.
