his priorities are in his name obviously. there are some investors that all they want to read is an article that says RV and other than that they dont wanna know what other things are affecting that rv coming coz that would require a thought process other than giving them money.

Just a thought. Most of the deals are all being done in USD, not dinars. Iraq now has billions of USD for all these deals. They convert these billions to NID and then it revalues. Can you imagine the wealth Iraq would have? Does this make sense or am I just crazy?

Not so much to reject the article but to terminate it whenever they wish. After seeing the mishandling of the funds and complaints still ongoing about the metering of oil they should have teminated it then and there. The metering is an important element of the DFI because only God knows the true amount of payment the fund is getting for oil drawn.
