    I did read somewhere about French companies being the first to sign up to contracts within Iraq. Stuck in my mind because the Froggies are generally known for ducking out of anything and going in after like vultures do to their prey.

    Also the fact Kurdistan are raring to go is a sign the knobends in Baghdad need to get on with this asap.
