Amount sold at auction price (US $) 70.180.000
Total offers for buying (US $) 70.180.000

the popular opnion is that the banks are trading in their dinar to get dollars. Right now it takes 1470 IQD to make 1 USD...so if I am understanding this right they took in 103,164,600,000 IQD.

EX:
1USD=1470IQD
so....
$70,180,000 x 1470 IQD=103,164,600,000 IQD

HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE????
