Ok,

Took my lunch break to check at a local BOA branch in Bergen County, NJ.

First and foremost the teller looked at me like I was nuts when I asked if they were able to get the IDQ. She said why on earth would you want to go there???

After some small banter she was able to pull up the list of currencies that they can order and the IDQ is not listed.

I then asked why I was able to get it from Chase and not from them. She simply said I don't know...

I then asked to speak with the branch manager. She was polite and had no clue as to what the dinar was. I asked if it was possible that they might be exchanging anytime in the near future.

She simply replied that with currency they recieve an email the morning that they are allowed to start exchanging.

I am going to one other BOA in Fort Lee. It is a larger branch with a Currency Exchange Division. I am going to try to get there today before they close.

Just wanted to let people know that the braches are only going to know when they recieve that email.

Hmmm ... banks are open today ????

yep banks are open today as i am speaking to wells fargo as i type ...My bank said that is on a no exchange list per the federal goverment ... sigh nothing easy about this investment at all
