It seems we saw an article this week stating that they would be distruted on Sunday. This article says "today" (12th). Seems also that the article this week gave a time frame to cash it in as 3 months, this article sounds like it will be distributed over a 3 month period instead.

The phrase "date of payment" is confusing also to me. Maybe they will distribute it for 3 months and its post-dated for Jan. 31st?? Dunno

I agree with you. If this is going to have any significance at all then the RV must be connected to it and they cannot wait till the end of January to make it happen so now seems like the moment.

Yeah day dreamer, thats why when I posted the article I wanted to emphasize that it came from the Official Gazette. Meaning that there is no more excuses it was a done deal.
