That is true. Also that Saudi businessmen are ready for $500 million to get in. I also think this is happened but behind closed doors.

I believe Saudi is the biggest debt and the only one not forgiven although we read some positive things. It also can be that this one is not told the media to prevent further speculation.

The biggest debt not forgiven yet, that country with war has no future that's what people think and must think.

I believe that these people are playing this game very well.

Imagine that you only read things that are negative and the biggest debt not forgiven yet you don't speculate on a RV!!

They know exactly what they are doing.

All i've read is that once the grant (if they can call it that) is ready, the people will have 3 months to come and get it.
