This may be one of the best responses I've seen yet to a naysayer. Well put.
Folks, this is a SPECULATIVE INVESTMENT......PERIOD! I believe it will happen soon as well, and as Rodney so eloquently states, there are facts that have been published or otherwise proven which lead us to believe that way. But speculation in and of itself is founded on theory and risk (that's not just me that says that.....so does Merriam-Webster). So all those who continue to pick on the theories (aka "rumors") that are proposed for certain dates, etc., please STOP because that's all we can do until after the RV becomes a fact......
So in other words, please be nice.......or go jump in a lake!

Polio vaccine campaign starts in Thi-Qar
Thi-Qar, Nov 12, (VOI) – The first autumn polio vaccine campaign started on Sunday in the southern Iraqi province of Thi-Qar for children under the age of five, a health official said.
"The children expected to receive a vaccination against polio in Thi-Qar province are estimated at 206,000 while the medical teams participating in the campaign is 786," the director of the Dhi Qar health department, Sa'd Saleh, told the independent news agency Voices of Iraq (VOI).
This campaign is supervised and financed by the World Health Organization (WHO) but the department provides a local supervision with a team of 71 Iraqi staff members, Dr. Saleh said.
The campaign, he added, "includes two rounds, the first is already underway while the second will start later this year for those escaped unvaccinated from the first round.”
"Four rounds are annually carried out over two polio vaccination campaigns, one in autumn and another in spring," he said.

Sorry to see you go.
I for one have not become obsessed. I only spend about 15 minutes a day here and not every day at that unless I post and of course that takes a little more of my time. I hope that nobody is allowing this to be there main focus in life, that would be sad. There is so much more going on as you so aptly point out, like family and friends and so much more. Sorry to see you go but do enjoy your break and why not just look in ever once in a while.

Lets all just Chill.....
People, Friends, and Dinar Family,
We ALL need to just Chill out a bit. We can not start fighting with each other like what I have read today or we will lower ourselves to the level of other forums. Our dreams WILL come true as will the dreams of the people in Iraq but in it's own time. So it is a Great risk of being pounded here I will place some thoughts here for you to ponder.
1. We ALL want this R/V to happen, some really need it, but NONE need it
as much as the Iraq people.
2. Nation building is not an easy thing to do and in Most cases you only get
One shot at getting it done right if at all. They are doing it while dodging
bullets and bombs, perhaps a bit stressfull? And Knowing the World is
watching your every move could prove a tad bit un-nerving.
3. It Does take time to "scroll" past quoted reposted stuff and see a One
word comment on the thing but that is why we "scroll" past them right?
4. We ALL have invested in a dream of just being out of debt and it is the
closest many of us have Ever seen before.
5. The bankers need to be trained to do their job the right way.
6. The 10,000 hand out needs to be worth more than it is now.
Point being is that we are a family here and families DO have a tiff every now and then and it is normal for this to happen. But we are close and some who are stressing over this may just need some help holding on for a bit longer. If it gets to troublesome to "Scroll" past a quoted repost take a chill pill. If you can handle deleting the "Bulk" of the quoted post and just leave the part you are inspired by please do.
BUT we must ALL step back once in a while and take the time to word things properly so as to NOT torque each other off. Please my Dinar Family lets chill out and watch this "Once in a Lifetime" event happen. And Yes we need to brace for a delay here and there and I don't find that a bad thing, not a good thing but not a bad thing. Lets face it, we Know it will happen so lets not fight about the when part. After all we are not the ones in the line of fire.
Ok go ahead and kill me now.

I love seeing articles that show Iraq getting outside of it's own misery and participating in larger world events. It's all connected and one thing leads to another....

Parliament meets behind closed doors, Maliki present
By Santa Michael
Baghdad, Nov 12, (VOI) – The Iraqi law makers met on Sunday morning behind closed doors to discuss the security file with the Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki.
The parliament 51st session “will be held behind closed doors,” said Sheikh Khalid al-‘Atiya at the beginning of Sunday’s session ordering “ pressmen and legislators’ attachments out of session hall.”
Deputy speaker Khalid al-‘Atiya, who presided over the 51st session while speaker Dr. Mahumud al-Mashhadani on a visit to Iran, said “we will turn to an in-camera session for the sensitive subjects expected to be raised in today’s session.”
The Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki along with two of his ministers- interior and defense- were present at Sunday’s session to answer inquiries of the law makers over the Iraqi security file.
On Wednesday, the Iraqi parliament, beset by rampant sectarian violence, voted unanimously to extend the country’s state of emergency for 30 more days as of November 1st.
The parliament Wednesday’s closed-door session was also attended by Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki and two of his ministers.

Still to come....
I believe that a few things still need to be put into place before the reval. All of these things are schduled to happen in the next 45 days. Here is the list:
1)HCL
2)FIL
3)CBI bank training
4)Final ICI meeting on the 11th of December
5)Agreement on Saudi and Kuwait debt
6)Iraqi government cabinet reshuffel
I believe these have to be done to tie up all of the loose ends.
In the mean time I'm working on buying more.
