I noticed that there was a dry spell there a few weeks ago that lasted maybe 3 weeks or so where we were not hearing from anyone outta Iraq at all. Was there some kinda ban on outgoing messages that you know of?

Thanks, we have a few locals coming into the base here to work from time to time. It is usually hard to get any information out of them though I try every chance I get. Usually have to go through one of our Indian or Phillipino sub- contractors to get much of anything from them. I am from the Longview area and hopefully will be back for a short visit really soon.

I have to say just the aircraft contracts alone at 1.3 trillion is 1/9th of the reported dinar in circulation. We are very close guys!

As a follow up, IMO, there should be an increase (RV) in the exchange rate by no later than early next year. Does anyone believe that we will have to, or Iraq can, wait longer than early next year?

I see you refer to yassmen rate at 1.86

Is that just an assumption??

That's right. They wouldnt be ordering unless they felt they could make money doing so. Also, they would finance these purchases versus buy, imho.

In any case, this is a great observation! How could they be planning such large capital expenditures unless they had the money or plan on making the money? Bingo!

As for all the news events, they just keep coming out more positive with a few timely setbacks, but better overall. My instincts tell me this will happen very soon and this is not based on anything but my inner feelings.

I hope everyone feels the same way and I advise those who dont to try to feel at peace. Just tonight I was looking into Luxury Cruise Line Ownership at around $2-3million for 2k sq/ft range. They have $10m range but thats not for me. The itinerary was great!

No, there hasn't been any bans on info that I am aware of. All of my e-mails and phone calls have been going through without any problem other than the normal I.T problems. I just haven't heard much of anything in the way of information going around and usually there is a rumor or two going around all the time.
