Zubaidi:Monetary value of the Iraqi dinar must revert to the previous level, or at least to acceptable levels as it is in the Iraqi neighboring states.
Shabibi:The bank wants as a means to affect the economic and monetary policy by making the dinar a valuable and powerful.

Called BOA F.Currency dept. x2
First call talked Patrick, he said that yes you can buy IQD from them just put your order in at a branch and it takes 2 days to come in.
Second call I spoke with Albeir (middle eastern guy with accent)
He said no they don't deal in IDQ
I told him some branches are said to be doing it already
he said if they are he doesn't know about it
I asked him does he know when IQD will go on the world market
He said it already is
At this point I questioned him to no end about what he just said
I spelled it out, said it slow, asked the same question over and over, ect.
Basically he said it's been on the world market for a few months now
he knows this for a fact.
I asked him so many times he was getting flustered with me, he said YES, THE IRAQI DINAR IS ON THE WORLD MARKET WITHOUT A DOUBT!!!
As for how he knows he said he has heard people talking about it.
He doesn't know when BOA will start selling or buying though, he hasn't been told anything about that.

Seattle Bank of America
I just called the main downtown Seattle branch, talked to the Foreign Currency department and asked if they are selling or trading Iraqi Dinar.
She emphasized that this is ALL FALSE INFORMATION and that they also don't expect to be selling or trading in the Dinar any time soon.
Sorry.

It seems that the state insists, or preserve the value of the Iraqi dinar 148 against the dollar ...Monetary value of the Iraqi dinar must revert to the previous level, or at least to acceptable levels as it is in the Iraqi neighboring states [ MOF Sept 2006]

It sounds like what we were going through with Chase banks. Some people were buying, while some were saying that they were being told "no". To me it seems to be the same with BofA right now.
The same
(love watching these guys beat the tar out of each other)
