    OK...
I'm back!!! It is a NO GO...

She said when I called she was looking in the currency book and found IQD she even explained the bills listed even the coins and the 50 dinar note...

She made a call to PHILLY where she said they order foreign currency for that branch, the person on the phone in PHILLY said they have gotten over 2500 calls today about this, everytime they pick up the phone it is about the Dinar and are they selling, NO...

These local branch bankers know nothing...The people in PHILLY are trying to find out why people have been calling all day, I told Lisa the person in charge of currency here in NC BoA why... She laughed, she also was going to look more into this for herself, she took my number and said she would call if any updates occured, I also opened an account with them and invited her to my restaurant for dinner, hopefully to get more info out of her...

I'm still behind back on page 39 now, will try to catch up fast incase there are any questions...

    FYI all,
I just spoke to the branch mgr at the Chase in Glendale, Az and was told they still are still selling NID at the current exchange rate. I've bought dinar at that branch and have had lenghtly conversations with (Sheila) the mgr there. She told me she hasn't received any notification of any changes YET! I've been to about 10 other Chase banks from Chandler to Goodyear with questions about selling Dinar and got different anwsers everytime. I did however run into one Chase mgr in chandler and was told straight out he had received notification Chase was not selling NID any longer. Sheila at the Glendale Chase says otherwise............

Maybe true. But we have seen more news articles that has been the same but just stamped with another date.

Come on guys, this is good news. More and more banks are getting on.

Statements like this by the CBI brought out is good, a BoA selling dinar is good.

We don't know when it happens but it will happen soon, we know ICI and HCL will be enacted in December. Don't see a RV later than these babies enacted.

It will be a beautiful christmas.

Hey, and if we must wait for another month, NO PROBLEM. We know that we are gonna make a hugh return on our investment and that is what me make happy now.

I wonder it BOA is "selling" them in order to attract people with dinar to the branches? You can't actually buy them on the spot, they don't actually have an exchange rate to quote you, you have to order them, then wait, when your order comes in at the new exchage rate, you can't really afford to order them, but in all your excitment you say, "I'll be right back, and go get yours for exchange"

Could that be a tactic of a bank, could that be what BOA is thinking?
It does seem odd that the day BOA was supposed to start dealing, CBI press release comes out, and USA Today does a dinar "shakeout" article.

This is true, the words in todays statement are word for word from a previous statement. This is not new news.

WRONG -there is no word for word similarity in ANY previous statement that matches what came out today - please look at it and re-read!!!!

    WASHINGTON (Reuters)

    - Foreign Ministry said on Monday that the American Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has postponed her trip to Vietnam to attend a special meeting in the Asia-Pacific region so that they can attend the meetings of the American government on Iraq.

He said ministry spokesman Sean Mccormak that Rice will travel to Hanoi on Tuesday after a day of the scheduled date in order to attend internal meetings on Iraq at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in addition to the talks on Iraq at the White House on Tuesday.

He added that Rice's decision to defer travel unrelated to the meeting in the White House on Monday with a study of the situation in Iraq, which is a committee of the Republican and Democratic parties mandated to provide recommendations on ways to bring peace to Iraq
    Oh the drama....

banks are business' , in the business to make money

they make money on buying, selling dinars, as well as housing dinars that have been traded in for usd, hoping you will keep money in their bank, so they can make more money

    Wink OK, Let's move on

I think the big thing is the 10k dinar being handed out and when, also the CBI buying back so much dinar. I think this will tell us when we have our reval, not BoA selling or not. We need Charmedpiper to find us some info on the 10k handout. ( since your such a good investigator ).
