Mike, you mentioned earlier that the reval would probably have to wait until after an imminently pending cabinet reshuffle.

any idea how long for Maliki to decide, any word from the Kurds on this perhaps?

How long would that reshuffle take though???

With the CBI acting independently from the GOI I don't know if they would neccessarily have to wait for the shuffle.

Info about BOA-----Why is everyone getting so worked up about this? Even thou I do not care for the gal, the people of RolClub have big hearts and are a forgiving type. As long as she follows the set rules of the club, then I have no problem.

My thoughts on a reshuffle is it would be much better to do it after a RV. If they do it before they will cause more instability which we all know they do not need right now they have more than enough. I think to keep the currency stable they would have to do a reshuffle after they have pegged the Dinar also time is a major factor. If they wait until after a reshuffle they are leaving themselves open to more violence with an even more unstable Government. They lose money they could be earning they could scare potential investors off. Also they are on thin ice with the US so they need to pull together and pass the HCL and sign Compact and RV before they reshuffle. If they reshuffle after they open there doors they will not make such a big wave as the economy will be much better which will decrease violence and unite the Country JMO. Of course this is logic and they do not usually us that over there.
