I want this thing to reval soooo badly I can taste it. I just look at the way the Iraqi administration has been handling itself, and IMO I just think they will wait until they have the "all clear" and hands off endorsement from the IAMB before they take this kind of action. There's no undoing it if it flops or takes off in a direction they hadn't anticipated. They have to get it right and I believe they are doing the right thing to wait until they have all the proper endorsements in line before they act. We have all waited so long for this, 26 more days won't make any difference in the long run.

I think you are missing the point people have lost confidence in this gov.because of there unwiilingness to step up to the plate and respond like an independant gov.Lets face it there is not much anyone else can do for Iraq, nations are bending over backwards ,removing dept to show there willing to do whatever it takes to see Iraq step up to the plate. What better way to show that your ready and willing to do such a thing but to go ahead and reval the damm thing and win the confidence of the whole world being as there is nothing left but technicalities left.Just stop waiting for everyone else to do for you and step up and take matters in your own hands and do something for yourself like a real independant gov.should.The world cant hold there han any longer

I agree, I like so many others, and the people of Iraq are fed up with these people. But we are not acting in a vacuum here. It's the technicalities that have to be in place so that all those entities outside of Iraq can all enter the arena on the same page. Can you imagine the discord that would evolve if all the players didn't have the same rule book to follow. It's the technicalities that are so important in an issue such as this. They have to be in place in order for this to work for all concerned. This is a big deal on the world stage. We won't see something happen like this again for many many years to come. I just thank the Lord every day that I was told about this investment and that I had the guts to put our money into it. Think of all the people that don't have this opportunity. It's going to happen, and when it does we will look back and know that it was worth it.

American treasury official said that the donor countries that seek to help Iraq to rebuild its economy, plans to hold a ministerial meeting in December to work out the details of the pledges of financial aid and debt reduction.
