But as Mr. Knowles stated, the CBI is not selling anymore dinars so what they buy up is what is already out there, so it will not matter.

common sense would dictate that the bills are of the smaller denomination persuasion considering they got the high end covered with the 10 and 25 grand notes. that is NOT speculation in my opinion, they would HAVE TO BE smaller notes/coins.

yeppers, it would make no sense, and wouldn't be feasible to make larger notes, the averge citizen would need the smaller notes to carry around i would think.

I think you are right! They are issuing out something, but not changing the actual currency, could mean what you are suggesting that it IS the new denominations, just not changing the currency.

We know the prewar rate was much higher with having debts and damaged oil production. Going back to the pre-war rate is the minimum that they must do and more in my opinion.

The world and Iraq knows that they have gold under their feed. The Kurds are business people they know there is more in it for them they don't accept shiite.

The oil production right now is at pre-war level or almost. Next years it is going to increase rapidly.

We know that the oil revenue will be distributed to the people of iraq and that they will benfit from it. They will do this by having a good exchange rate = valuable money = purchasing power.

In my opinion 0.05 isn't an option. It's just an opinion!

The pre-War level was set by Sadaam or so I have read. It wasn't actually tested at that level because the currency wasn't an International currency, right?

I read in the last day or so, by Mr. Knowles I believe, that stated that the CBI doesn't really care if other speculators attempt to but up all the currency if it comes out at a low level. They are no longer selling DINAR. The only DINAR for sale is what's already out there at this time. They are now buying it back and will no longer have such a large amount in speculators hands.

So hold what ya have until your happy with what your offered for it. If it comes out at .05 I will exchange enough to live on until it gets to where I am happy to part with the rest. Sounds easy enough right?

That statement fits in with this statement...

It is expected that the ISSUANCE of NEW CATEGORIES to the transaction in accordance with the requirements of the Iraqi economy to meet the expenses of the state in the next stage

Don't you think? Okay maybe pushing it a little huh? But only because of the last part....to meet the expenses of the state. What could that mean? Something maybe to do with the auctions talked about in the last paragraph?

    Cheers!
