There is a chance that we misunderstood about them handing it out last Sunday and it could have meant this Sunday but not for sure. I am not sure about detecting the RV I must have missed that post. In my opinion it will RV anytime between now and December 12th or 14th as I believe the 12th is the end of most of the big meetings so I have aloud a couple of days for them to announce but that is JMO.

i went throug chinese and australian customs recently with 4m in my belt bag.

they didnt even look in it. hassled me about my african drum cos its made of wood (gasp! - oh no bad boy...)

i would say if you were to fly with the cash to sayshelles or switzerland, say with the 25 000 notes in your laptop bag or briefcase there wouldnt be a problem unless you had a knife sitting on top of it to set off the metal detector.

another option, is to sell it to a 3rd party forex company, who will probably give you a better rate than the bank (well thats their only business so thjeyd have to wouldnt they?) and have them wire the amount straight to the swiss bank from their account. hopefully they can have it wired from their offshore accoutn as well if there are an international company. therefeore there is not even any transaction at any bank locally....

if you are really serious about this whole thing, a freind told me that you can purchase with your money a rare collectable stamp or two, you can get them worth millions, fly to switz with it in your wallet, sell it there, bank the money.

thats the absolute safest, cos no one is gona find 2 little stamps on you at customs.... and it leaves not a trace.

as far as the swiss government are concerned, taxation and even marital issues, are "personal matters" and your swiss bank, bound by swiss law, will not budge. your funds are safe there even from an ex spouse, or tax office.

theyll only cross that "privacy line" if your a drug dealer or terrorist.

I found it odd that the Official Gazette did not post for Nov 19th. They usually post one day ahead and the 19th gazette shouldve been posted this morning. This is only the 7th time in a year that they haven't done that, 2 of which was because of their holiday last month. HMMM

Sami military member of the Committee on the amendment of the constitution, the Iraqi united Iraqi coalition today, Saturday, the second meeting of the committee will be held next Monday.
The military added that the second meeting would consider mechanisms work of the Committee and how the decisions that have been agreed to be adopted by the members.

FERRIS — What a difference one determined Iraqi can make.

The Police Transition Team under Regimental Combat Team 5 introduced Ferris to their newest commander, and immediately the new leader began whipping the station into shape

“He’s a fresh face for the station,” said Army 2nd Lt. Jill M. Glasenapp, PTT platoon leader, from Mauston, Wis. “He’s prepared to be the rock that holds this station up.”
Within the first half hour of his arrival, the commander was already pushing his team.
“We had a mortar attack as soon as we arrived,” Glasenapp said. “He immediately posted security around the station.”
The commander also immediately began issuing uniforms, weapons and a hefty paycheck to each member of his team.
“He even began rewriting the stations Standard Operating Procedures,” Glasenapp added.
“The new lieutenant is definitely taking over smoothly and quickly,” said Cpl. Steven A. Dickson, an amphibious assault vehicle driver and security team member from Bakersfield, Calif. “You can see the IP’s are listening to him and following his orders. He’s really putting them in gear to work.”
The new commander is the fifth this year at the Iraqi Police station.
“We’ve had problems with the last four,” explained Army Staff Sgt. Brian S. Leslie, PTT team chief from Crystal River, Fla. “The first commander was shot, the following three ran off to Syria with money and supplies.”
The new commander was selected by Iraqi Police District Headquarters in Fallujah after being recommended by the executive officer, Leslie said.
“He was identified as a strong leader,” Glasenapp said. “Plus he lives in the area, so he was an obvious choice to command the station.”
If something happens at the station, the new commander is always available to help out, Glasenapp added.
“He’s responsible for everything that happens in the station,” she said. “He oversees all their missions and investigations. He has the last word and is always on call.”
Iraqi Police Station Ferris is expected to be increasingly productive with their new commander in charge. The policemen are eager to please their new commander and are working hard to do it.
“They see him as a hero since he brought discipline, order, and most importantly, paychecks,” Glasenapp said. “Hopefully he’ll be here for a long time, and we’ll always see great things from his leadership.”

BAGHDAD, Iraq Nov 17, 2006 (AP)— The influential Association of Muslim Scholars on Friday called on Sunni politicians to quit Iraq's government and parliament, a day after the Shiite interior minister issued an arrest warrant for the association's leader.

Association spokesman Abdul-Salam al-Kubaisi said the arrest warrant was political cover for "the acts of the government's security agencies that kill dozens of Iraqis every day."

Al-Kubaisi called for "political groups to withdraw from parliament and the government, which has proven that it is not a national government."
