Economic : Barham Saleh put the overall strategic project of the secretariat of Baghdad

but the question still remains why only the smaller denominations shown in this document that was released in 2005?? and why are they talking about fiscal policy then all of a sudden show lower denominations without explanation?

the document was previously classified i am assuming since it now carries the 'unclassified' stamp. it is also a scanned copy of a document that has been made into a pdf file.

Does anyone have a link to the iraq dinars prior to Saddam? The currency in the report do not have Saddams picture. The 1 dinar coin is similiar to the 25fils coin from the 70's. Thanks

Correct, the Minister of Finance has nothing to do with the currency auctions. They do however have a hand in the securities auctions.
