    Adster,

I have to laugh. That is exactly what I was thinking when I replied but couldn't bring myself to put it in print like that.

    Thanks,

Good finds posted by Neno, John, Adam and others lately, and that shows everyone is really getting interested in the news. Not only are we seeing a better idea of what is going on in Iraq, but with each article it is made more clear that most of the good news is still being suppressed to a large degree. The fact that so many insurgents are being turned in by other Iraqi's is the best sign yet that they will not win, not matter what is reported my major media. It is all about politics here in US, and with elections coming up, and the biased press, they are looking more foolish every day as people become more educated about the truth.

I have not heard anything different, and meetings have been constant for past few days which is now being reported with Bush and all of Iraqi leaders, so look for some good news next week is what I am hearing. So much is happening, just as so much has already happened to bring us to this point, and it is all good. The talk of spreading out the wealth equally among all groups is important as this will be the way to squelch the remaining violence. Wealth equally distributed is an amazing tool to stop terrorists.

Once the Iraqi people taste wealth, they will turn on anyone who stands in the way of their new found freedom, free enterprise, and wealth. With the price of oil to remain high, and with production now expected to pass 2M barrels daily, Iraq will be swimming in dinar, dollars, marks, yen, you name it, as the investments pour into economy. Some major oil investments are in the works to modernize drilling, and refining, and in short order Iraq will be at 3M barrels a day, and that is significant for building reserves to back the dinar, so hang on, we are almost home free. (g)

    Good luck to all, Mike

Adam and Mike, I cannot thank you enough for answering my questions so thoroughly way back in November. I bought my first million then and am now sitting on enough when it does peg to actually retire! Count me in when it comes time to PARTY! Anywhere warm, tropical and laid back suits me just fine. Actually, after the Main Street dance I promised my roommate I was gonna do (OMG, naked no less!) somewhere out of the country for awhile is probably a really good idea!

I am an accountant by trade, with my own business and I do well with that. However, in the last year, I have had to take full time work in addition to working in my business just so I could get affordable health insurance. Guess you could say I am ready for a peg.

Please also count me in when it comes time to put collective heads together for investment strategies. Having read all of the posts written by Mike, Adam, Azmia, and all others, I cannot help but have confidence that there is a wealth of knowledge and talent right here. Also, though I can't explain it, I feel as though these are all individuals that can be trusted, though I have never met any of you. I am looking forward to the day that we all do meet more than I can say.

Having said all of that, GOOOOOO Dinar! Let's put some faces to names, have a party (out of the U.S. please!!!) and then get down to some investment business!

    Warmest regards to all,

Quick question....Where is this little show going to be held? I want a front row seat!

ALSO...you say you're an accountant? Any tips on how to claim our dinar-dollars on our taxes? Capital gain...etc...If you would like to share, hop over to the 'fire-drill' thread!

I have also never met a group of individuals such as this one! You all are awesome and I can't wait to meet you!

In the words of Mike, interesting.....

CBI site been down most of morning, Bush, (see below making a surprise trip to see Maliki) the announcement of convertibility on the US State Department's site. Kinda makes you wonder how close we are guys.....

    http://www.breitbart.com/news/2006/06/13/D8I7BLOG0.html

President Bush made a surprise visit to Iraq on Tuesday to meet newly named Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki and discuss the next steps in the troubled, three-year-old war.

It was a dramatic move by Bush, traveling to violence-rattled Baghdad less than a week after the death of terror chief Abu Musab al-Zarqawi in a bombing attack. The president was expected to be in Baghdad a little more than five hours.

The trip was known only to a handful of aides and a small number of reporters sworn to secrecy because of obvious security threats for Bush and members of his entourage.

    Hi Adam,

Yes, nothing has changed, and now that Bush's secret visit to Iraq was just disclosed, I would say things are getting serious. (g)

    Good luck to all, Mike
