the two areas of the iraqi govt that decide the rate of the dinar and there is a meeting of them and they are discussing the dinar. what do you suppose that all means????

Is there a way of having a time clock permenetly posted at the top of this thread showing Baghdad time? With all the important issues coming out, alot of us may find this a valuable tool. With the reval so close, it would help in a number of ways for posters, other than myself. Thxs, for considering.
