Shiites, Sunnis, and various terrorist groups; it is not like WWII when the Nazi's were in plain uniform, stating who they are and what they stood for. So, these people/terrorists appear as average everyday citizens.

Would any govenment allow the potential danger of giving the "wrong" person/group a large sum of money..i.e. 10,000 dinar. If the dinar was to rv at even 1:1 that could provide substantial funding for even more violence. Yes?

Perhaps this topic has been brought up before, and I am hoping someone out there, can get this looming thought out of my head.

This response is a little late, the target figure as stated in the IMF document was 1365 by the end of 2006. We'll see what tomorrow brings, but it could happen by the end of their fiscal year, which I believe like SGS stated is the 15th of December.

Whether you give to people 10,000 Dinars at 1:1 or at 1441 . It dosen't matter. One way or another the trouble makers in Iraq are going to need to be killed. That's the only solution. Rich or poor they need to be eliminated at some point.

CP. The info about the electronic bill pay features at Warka and other banks is a very good piece to the puzzle. Especially the data concerning the similarities to banking capabilities in Jordan. I'm very curious to hear what comes out of the meetings between Maliki and Bush in Jordan. You can bet the rulers of Jordan will be in on this deal as well.

Now, now Susie, everytime we use logics we get disappointed. LOL This just makes so much sense that the Iraqi's could never have planned this. (g) Or could they be smarter than all of us in their helter skepter way. Sure would make a good mystery story trying to figure out how they think. Sure keeps things interesting. (g)

Which of course would line up with our latest rumor between Dec 11 and Dec 14 @ 1.49. I'll take it.
