on the previous days they had curfew they always posted an auction except for those days they were shut down to revamp their system and they were claiming it was because of the curfew.

I think that the billion dinar would go alot further if they would just reval the darn thing!!!

The Ministry of Finance determined a system and mechanism for Government Debt Securities auctions that will be held periodically, with the results announced at [twelve p.m] in the morning after the close of the auction at [one p.m]
I don't know if this is the same auctions, but since it is not 1pm yet maybe we will see something after 1 Iraq time?

where you find this at?? and how can they announce the results before they have the auction??

It's 3:45 am Sunday Morning and what am I doing, Sitting here waiting for the auction to post. Didn't even have to set my alarm today, "Dinar Fever" does terrrible things to a man. Not too many folks on at this time of the morning, only 14 login's good to see SGS, she's my rock As long as she's here the world is in good order. !!

Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki hinted, on more than one occasion, that the 2007 budget, which amounted to about $ 40 billion, is sufficient for operating a large number of projects.

It is expected that more than one million government employee, of small ranks, will receive a salary increase up to 60% next January. Iraqi Ministry of Finance believes that the salaries of small grades will increase by 40 to 60% approximately. The ministry, according to special information, was working to activate the increase to subsidize the employees' salaries for months.

Am I missing something here..... If they are going to support the unemployed with this enormous amount of money.... and also I see the salaries are increasing by up to 60% next January...... how does a reval fit in with this information..
