I doubt they (CBI) want to return to auctions where they are pumping large amounts of dinar into the economy, i.e. "undo" the last months auctions, but they may have reached levels where there is simply a lot less dinar available to "sweep" from the economy. When you step back and view their actions from a larger perspective, then these actions would be exactly what you would expect prior to an adjustment in the price of the Iraqi dinar, i.e. an RV.
