The Jordanian monarch, King Abdullah II expressed hope that it would produce the expected meeting between President George Bush and Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki positive results help alleviate the bloody sectarian clashes in Iraq. Abdullah added in a press statement that "we should make sure that all parties concerned in Iraq was aware of the risk of continuing escalation." Pointing out that he "hoped to keep the Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki President Bush of his ideas had been unable to bridge the gaps between the different communities in Iraq."

Mubarak warns of the immediate withdrawal of American forces from Iraq
Warned Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak that the withdrawal of American forces from Iraq immediately to the deteriorating situation there. He Mubarak in a statement to Al-Ahram, Cairo expressed confidence that Iraq beyond their current trial. He pointed out that "the withdrawal of the multinational forces can be completed when Iraq rebuilding armed forces and police forces able to impose law and order and to restore calm and stability."

Members of the Baker meet to reach agreement on Iraq
Start (a study of Iraq), headed by former Secretary of State James Baker today, Monday, a two-day series of meetings in an attempt to agree on the recommendations and to submit a report by the middle of next month. Newspaper (New York Times) on the close of the Committee that "its members are still divided on the strategies required especially on the proposed democratic phased withdrawal from Iraq." The newspaper added that "some participants at the Commission said that" the Commission deliberately moved towards the central position with respect to Iraq. "

The neighboring countries of Iraq will meet in Cairo next month
The Egyptian Foreign Ministry said, "The foreign ministers of Iraqi neighboring states will meet at the headquarters of the Arab League in Cairo on the 5th of December." The meeting takes place after American attempts to get the neighboring countries to help in calming the violence in Iraq and suggestions that the United States begin a dialogue with Syria and Iran on Iraq. This will be the first meeting of Iraqi neighboring states since the Tehran meeting in July, which included the foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Syria and Turkey.

Zubaidi:Monetary value of the Iraqi dinar must revert to the previous level, or at least to acceptable levels as it is in the Iraqi neighboring states.
Shabibi:The bank wants as a means to affect the economic and monetary policy by making the dinar a valuable and powerful.

Talabani's visit to Iran today
Head of the Republic, Jalal Talabani, today, Monday, to Tehran after the postponement of his visit to several days because of the situation in Iraq. He said Hewa Osman spokesman for the KNU, "Talabani will discuss with his Iranian counterpart Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the situation in Iraq and the region and bilateral relations." For his part, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Muhammad Ali Hosseini, "The Iraqi people pay the price of mistaken policy of the United States." Hosseini added in a press statement that "the only solution lies in the unity of Iraqis and the departure of the multinational forces and the handover to the government of the country emanates from the people." As he said.

Okay guys help me out here. I stumbled across these numbers and need help deciphering. I went to the Kuwaiti exchange site and clicked on KSE Highest Traders link at bottom right. I noticed this right away but I don't know what it means or is if anything???
