And I just wonder if because of this he's a tad bit more open to the USA in this whole negotiation thingy going down this week?
Actually, King Abdullah II (current King of Jordan) was born to Princess Muna al-Hussein in 1962. She married King Hussein on May 25th, 1961 and was given the title of Royal Highness Princess...she was never named a queen. King Hussein divorced her in 1971. She was born Antoinette (Toni) Avril Gardiner to a British army officer named Lt. Col. Walter Percy Gardiner. Not an American and not a Queen. Queen Noor was one of his father's other wives in the harem who the King married when Abdullah II was only 16. Queen Noor is only 11 years older than Abdullah II, LOL. Talk about a complicated family!!

I dont know if thats actually him or not. If you read his first post he introduces himself as though he only recently found the forum. Dr. Cashflow goes way back. If its him, he's being a little deceptive!

Same here. I have been over there MAYBE couple time a months these days - now that I'm a part of the bestest Forum around - and I have no troubles getting on.

I have a hard enough time keeping up with the info here, much less, trying to keep up on two forums.

Default Baghdad and Kurdistan agree to a solution to the problem of natural resources

Osama Mahdi from London : The central Iraqi government in Baghdad with the government of Iraq's Kurdistan region to solve the problem of natural resources which has triggered a controversy earlier between the two sides, after a meeting witnessed the capital today between Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and the head of the Kurdistan region Massoud Barazani and the Territory's Chief Minister promised Najirfan Albarazani d of the ministers and MPs sides.

Al "Ilaf" that agreement has been reached on the introduction of the value of natural resources in Kurdistan within the overall budget of the Iraqi state that the work would be carried out to pay the share of the territory and 17% periodically and without delay. Recognizes the Iraqi Council of Ministers of the Ministry of Finance earlier this month the draft 2007 budget which is estimated at about $ 39 billion higher than the 34 billion dollars in 2006 to review it before submission to the House for discussion and approval.
For his part, a statement of the Council of Ministers that the Iraqi Al-Maliki discussed with Barzani developments in the political process and the efforts of national reconciliation and reconstruction projects in the parties also discussed ways to strengthen the economic situation and coordination between the bodies concerned in the central government and the territorial government in the areas of finance and economic development.

Earlier, member of the Kurdistan Alliance MP Mahmoud Othman told "posted" to the President of the government of Kurdistan talks in Baghdad focused on two essential issues : oil and budget. He explained that the budget for the Iraqi constitution stipulates that the region's share of 17%, but the rate for the Kurdistan last year; hk only 8, 5% so that there is an amount of $ 485 million in the central budget was paid to the province so far and he would ask him.
As for the Oil Barzani seeking an agreement that would not disrupt agreements held by the government of Kurdistan with foreign companies to invest in oil and gas in the province. He pointed out that the Kurds want the application of the article of the Constitution concerning the Iraqi natural wealth, which stipulates that the oil and gas extracted from current share of the central government and distributed to all Iraqis What is it in the ground are utilized with the participation of the province and the center.

The Massoud Barzani arrived in Baghdad last Friday and participated in meetings of the Political Council for National Security, which was held over the past three days and has grounds to stop the sectarian violence and strengthen the partnership between the political blocs in the government. The Ngervan Barzani was resolved in Baghdad yesterday to discuss with Iraqi government officials about the article 140 of the Iraqi Constitution of the normalization of the situation in the northern city of Kirkuk and the oil-rich natural sources and the question of the budget.
