Zubaidi:Monetary value of the Iraqi dinar must revert to the previous level, or at least to acceptable levels as it is in the Iraqi neighboring states.
Shabibi:The bank wants as a means to affect the economic and monetary policy by making the dinar a valuable and powerful.

Scientists discover a new speed!
For years scientists have measured velocity as compared to speed of sound and the fastest, speed of light. But now it has been discovered that a new speed has been discovered that eclipes even the speed of light. The speed of French Surrender has been found to be the fastest of all speed now known in nature. Many scientists are embarrased by the find as it is very predictable. The speed comes about when ever French politicans and/or military is faced with the decision of doing the right thing or not.

I did ask the lady at the bank at what rate does it deam to have worth. She could not respond to that. But if you look at some of the currencies that is on forex, some are low in value, very low as a matter of fact. I believe that the worth is not the reason, its the fact that without the backing from other countries some banks assume that there is a risk. Once on Forex the risk is gone ( or would seem to be) and now it becomes attractive for banks to trade. The main thing here is what product or service does a country have that would back it's worth????? Iraqi has something that makes the world go round.......OIL it just a matter of time

Coming soon, a bomb squad of honey bees
AGENCIES[ WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 2006 12:02:51 AM]
PHOENIX: Scientists at a US weapons laboratory say they have trained bees to sniff out explosives in a project they say could have far-reaching applications for US homeland security and the Iraq war.
Researchers at the Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico said they trained honeybees to stick out their proboscis — the tube they use to feed on nectar — when they smell explosives in anything from cars and roadside bombs to belts similar to those used by suicide bombers. The programme is dubbed the Stealthy Insect Sensor Project.
By exposing the insects to the odour of explosives followed by a sugar water reward, researchers said they trained bees to recognise substances ranging from dynamite and C-4 plastic explosives to the Howitzer propellant grains used in improvised explosive devices in Iraq. “When bees detect the presence of explosives, they simply stick their proboscis out,” research scientist Tim Haarmann said in a telephone interview. “You don’t have to be an expert in animal behaviour to understand it as there is no ambiguity.”
The findings followed 18 months of research at the US energy department’s Los Alamos facility, the nation’s leading nuclear weapons laboratory.
“We are very excited at the success of our research as it could have far-reaching implications for both defence and homeland security,” Haarmann said.
While scientists have trained wasps to respond to the trace of explosives, Haarmann said research with bees appeared to show more promise.
Haarmann said the bees could be carried in hand-held detectors the size of a shoe box, and could be used to sniff out explosives in airports, roadside security checks, or even placed in robot bomb disposal equipment.
He said the next step would be to manufacture the bee boxes and train security guards in their use.“It would be great to start saving some lives with this,” he said.
Cheers!

It's not that great for the guy either....first you have to blow yourself up, then you have sit beside Allah and have him trash you about messing up the suicide bombing, (you are suppose to say "this is for Allah" before you trigger the bomb, not after). Then you finally get the 42 virgins, then you have 42 honeymoons and then all you do is sit around and say "been there done that"
