The Iraqi investment law approved by the Iraqi parliament in its session on 10 October 2006 will come into effect after its approval by the president and its publication in the Iraqi Official Gazette.

Does anyone know WHEN does the "Iraqi Official Gazette" (Alwaqai Aliraqiya?) gets put out?!?

To read some posts on these last few pages makes you think that an RV has already happened. I personally am not going to get so excited over an assumption. The assumption being that the ratification of the FIL means an RV. This is an assumption is it not? I would love to be wrong but I fear that if you all get this excited over an assumption that when/if an RV does happen you will probably just drop dead from excitement right where you are standing/sitting when you get the news.

Can't stay awake any longer, have to be up early for work in the morning.

Maybe for the last time if this baby comes home this weekend?
