Hey sussie what do you think about the Idea of having the CBI go online and buy out all the dealers online and all the folks on ebay...sure they will pay a lil more of a mark up but still its picking it up on the cheap instead of paying billions of dollars euros or what ever. The CBI could easily grab billions this way...what do you think.....or do you think it just small peanuts.....ahh i know what youll probably say but a good educated answer would be appreciated thanks WOOOOOOT

not in individual names no. they are invested by warka investment company but on only their books in peoples names. when the fil became effective the very next business day, sunday, the stock will automatically be reverted into the actual name of the owner. they did it as a service to their customers to allow us to get into the isx before they ratified the fil.

The Council of Ministers unanimously endorsed the International Compact with Iraq (ICI) November 26. The ICI aims to reform subsidies, implement fiscal federalism, and strengthen the oil, agriculture and other key economic sectors. Also included are goals for improving governance, rule of law, civil rights and civil society. Implementation of the ICI will be tracked by Iraq’s international partners against specific benchmarks and timelines. A final signing event, where as many as 70 international partners will pledge their support for Iraq and the Compact, is
expected to occur in early 2007.
