I bet all of of as given that some thought. I think I would like to exchange about 400k, and put a third of that in a high yield savings or CD to lay by for the tax man. What's left would pay off some spectacular debt, help my hubby, mother, daughter and new granddaughter, and not have to "work for a living" for a while! Go somewhere wonderful. Drink really expensive wine and great beer. With some fluid funds just think what we can and will do with some of the opportunities right here on Rolclub! Yikes. The sky's the limit guys! Have we ever decided where PARTY CENTRAL is going to be?Originally Posted by karinc

Finally, America will help the Prime Minister engage the international community in Iraq's success. We will encourage other nations to fulfill the monetary pledges they have already made to help the new Iraqi government succeed. We will also support the Prime Minister's efforts to forge a new international compact. Under this compact, Iraq will take a series of steps in the political, economic, and security areas, and in return, the international community will provide Iraq with more robust political and economic support.Zubaidi:Monetary value of the Iraqi dinar must revert to the previous level, or at least to acceptable levels as it is in the Iraqi neighboring states.
Shabibi:The bank wants as a means to affect the economic and monetary policy by making the dinar a valuable and powerful.

I like this guys, it maybe from last August but my thoughts are even then and before they've known that one day when everything was in place, like the government, convertibility, and foreign investment law amongst other things that they would revalue the dinar.
http://www.cipe.org/regional/mena/bttv_synopsis_ep6.pdf
What stands out are the priniting of 14 new notes and coins. A sure sign that sooner or later once we reval we'll trade in our bigger notes and they will then be held by the CBI and new smaller notes will be issued. Of course for us, we'll exchange them for dollars, euros, pounds etc....
Not heard anyhing about the investment law today, Mike?Zubaidi:Monetary value of the Iraqi dinar must revert to the previous level, or at least to acceptable levels as it is in the Iraqi neighboring states.
