Iraqi Investments Club
Interesting,
After all this time, we are now seeing just how big the Kurd's economic stick is. LOL Great to see they are now leading the Bagbdad bozo's to the conclusion we are all waiting on. They drafted the FIL, they implemented it first, and the same has been written for all of Iraq, yet we see all these issues pop up delaying the revalue. The Kurd's have been pushing in this direction since start, and this is one of the reasons they got 150X more on dinar exchange in 2003. With the FIL finally announced, or as some would say, ratified, we are one more step closer to revalue, so hang in there.
There has still not been one peep about the 10K which sure is strange given it was announced over a month ago now. That leads me to believe we are that much closer, and with the new debit card system announced, this is all pointing in the same direction, a positive one. Add to this that Bush gave Maliki one last kick in the a$$ behind closed doors, and democrats backing off the pull out now strategy, I think a lot more has gone on behind closed doors than we will ever know. Sure has been an interesting ride.
Good luck to all, Mike

Zubaidi:Monetary value of the Iraqi dinar must revert to the previous level, or at least to acceptable levels as it is in the Iraqi neighboring states.
Shabibi:The bank wants as a means to affect the economic and monetary policy by making the dinar a valuable and powerful.

Ok guys, bit late but noone got it! Shame on you all!!! The answer was the Maldives, where we got engaged on a private, lone island whilst they served us dinner on the beach. There's a great funny story in there, will leave it for the dinar party and Mrs A can tell you all!!!
So, it starts again and the prize has gone up to 2k for anyone getting it right. The country has been changed and it was where we had our honeymoon, LOL.........
2k up for grabs. Who's first?????????????????

It seems that the state insists, or preserve the value of the Iraqi dinar 148 against the dollar ...Monetary value of the Iraqi dinar must revert to the previous level, or at least to acceptable levels as it is in the Iraqi neighboring states [ MOF Sept 2006]
