Yep, but correct me if I am wrong that was that it was ratified. In my opinion they now have to enact it by publishing. I thought it only was and will be enacted by the Official Gazette maybe I am wrong about it, like Susie said.

Like I said, I just hope they do it soon now, or else

This is what I was thinking too. Yesterday RC members post that they had seen it in several papers (might have been this morning).

Hard to tell by composition, but is this saying that an Austrian investor company doing business in Iraq is being provided with goods and services in Iraqor are these goods being exported to Austria? Either way, an Iraqi company stands to profit: jobs, money into the economy. Hooray! Right?

Since CBI may in fact be like the Fed (not a government entity, but part of a banking cartel) they still have to publish the notice somewhere for all to see. Those of us who have set up LLC's in this country (it could be an individual state requirement, I'm not sure) know that it has to be published in a newspaper for it to become "official". So, on a much larger scale, of course, there is a similar requirement. Am I off-base here?

Then Susie posted a newspaper site that published it (SGS Post #28730 in history thread) Doesn"t this make it a done deal?

In my mind, we we're done with this law and looking for the HCL, which, so far has not been addressed, ratified or published in the news. We just suspect it's been done and is on "hold" for the "right" time to be released. But this should not keep the RV from happening, should it? Passing/publishing it would add support for an RV, but it doesn't HAVE to happen before the RV, does it? Just trying to get a better understanding...

They are still working on the HCL! We won't see anything on that for 1 to 4 weeks.

Each state in the U.S. has different LLC requirements. Some were formed in states many years ago (like maybe 15) and some are much more recent.

No, I do not believe we need the HCL for an initial RV, but I gather from Wm Knowles post today, that because the FIL was ratified and published that we must have an RV before the ISX opens on Monday. Is this a correct assumption or no?
