Good, glad you are having fun, that is what the ROLCLUB is about, people having fun and sharing news and good reports and expressing their "Feelings", "Hopes", and "Dreams"! Sure a slight "rumor" might be slipped, a date projected, it is all news, just like the "BIG GUYS"! Read the New York Times lately, see any "recall" on their stuff? Yes! It's fabulous, today! Does anyone else have those "inside jitters" - not the butterflies-in-the-stomach thing, but an actual physical vibration inside that nearly sets your teeth to chattering in anticipation? IT JUST HAS TO HAPPEN THIS WEEK-END!!! Puh-leez...no "hormonal" commentary - it's not a heated "power surge", it's more akin to an icy-awareness...Not trying to get metaphysical, but it's kinda creepy! AND EXCITING!!! Maybe if I learned the FARM JIG I could cause some of this energy to dissipate!

Yes there is something else...they need to solve the security/violence debacle...

All I'm going to say on this matter is one thing: Can we please praise publicly, and criticize privately? When someone is attacked publicly, it can create hardships, even if that was not the intention. Words are often looked at in the worst-possible light, regardless of the intentions of the originator.

So I'd like to request that if someone has an issue with what someone else said, whether it's a particular choice of words, or misleading statement, or what-have-you, please address it with them via PM. Doing it publicly only aggravates the problem.

My apologies Neno - I know this isn't the place for these kinds of statements... Just trying to address the last couple of posts. I'll not continue the discussion of this issue anymore. Instead, I'll heed my own suggestion, and if I have further issues with what anyone said, I will open up PM, and discuss it that way.

I can understand your point of view.

I always love the enthousiasm of Charmed and the hard work, but it don't mean that I always agree blind on the statements. Everybody has to seperate the facts from the opinions and from the rumors.

This is pure excitement and excitement is like a rumor. Everybody has make their own decisions about it, to believe it or not to believe it.

Nobody knows what is holding up, when it will happen or how it will happen etc. But sharing enthousiasm is what keeps a lot of us positive in this investment after all this time.

Let's keep it positive and let's finish all together as a "rolclub family" in this one.

What I am trying to say, it doesn't matter where to publish it, they can do that anytime they want. They also can delay the publication = delay implementation and we have seen that one before!

But on the other side, time is running out, they have to do it soon, because ICI is coming up and I am sure that these countries want to see some results for their debts relief!

Did some one post before that the ISX is opening on Monday? If this is true then we should see a RV this weekend. Correct?

So, in my opinion this means only official Gazette or it would have stated "or any other news source of the government".

I can remember, like Susie said, that there was a discussion about this but if I am correct it was about the CBI announcements that changed their policy.

In my opinion CBI and Investment Law are two seperate things.

But they still can do it anytime and I also agree with others that this law is now a done deal and the RV will be here very soon!

If I am wrong then I hope someone give me the link to the post and I will come back to say that I am wrong.

It seems to me that the Amman meeting between Maliki and Bush had some results...it looks like - while before nothing could be approved, now suddenly everything gets passed, everyone is negotiating, Maliki says he will fight the militias if necessary...kurds are happy with the oil law...even the shiites want to meet Bush ( wasn't there an article about the meeting on Monday)?

man, oh, man...I think they are speeding up - light speeding actually - if we think about the Iraq 's condition - something that was planned in advance anyways...I am thinking about what we know about the meeting on 11-14 of Dec, 06. about reval ( the rumor)

That's why - while before I was looking forward to those dates, now I feel like it COULD actually happen any day now...things are speeding up...

And then, hey, Mrs. Rice was there too ( Amman, taht is) , right? And we know what's happening when she goes somewhere...
