This has nothing to to with handing out the 10K...notice it says ELIGIBLE...meaning not everyone may be qualified. The 10K subsidides was for ALL IRAQI citizens

Sorry, can't remember where in a post, but it's been weeks ago, I thought we found out that not EVERYONE would be eligible for the 10k like we originally thought?

This is a site where i've been watching the rate of the dinar to the dollar, and is a live forex exchange site.
This is the first time i haven't been able to get on, looks like charmedpiper and others are having problems also.

Was born and raised in Anchorage. Have lived in Hawaii for 25 yrs now. I will be making a move to change residency (still have family up there) early 2007. Was going to do it this year but little voice said "not yet, 2007 make the move." Am doing this mainly for state tax purposes as can save a couple mil alone in taxes when cashing in. Anyway, will live 6 mos. Alaska, 6 mos. Hawaii. I'll let you guess which months out of the year in which state. My mom and dad bought a few mil through my dealer and my Hawaii bank. My mom said that she talked to Wells Fargo in Anchorage (she has an account there) and that they said they would exchange for her when she needed to. Conflicting reports again. Hmmmm

What if nothing happens tomorrow? I hope everyone is prepared for that too.
