Yes, I heard it was drafted last Thursday for finalization to be completed today, so we know we are close since this was one of the last pieces of puzzle.

Still waiting for more info Mike, also hearing a range of rates were agreed back in April between the IMF and Iraq with Iraq having the final say. The IMF implemented a policy a few months back that allows them to set a member country's exchange rate. This is imminent. Last minute details being worked out.....
