if i remember correctly that was the interbank rate of 1 million USD or more

According to this Exchange Rates I read it as 1431.

I'm not sure where FXTrade: Online Currency Trading with OANDA FXTrade gets their numbers. I kept a daily journal on their quotes for a year, they are always below the actual rate. When CBI was showing 1470 they ALWAYS stayed around the 1403-1415 range. The lowest being 1394 mid year. I liked the numbers though!

Those guys must have a heck of a lot of capital.....and they are betting on the Dinar and are intending to hold out for a much better rate hmmmm i wonder how much better a rate?

I have always seen it as there profit Mergin for buy or sell. Since it isn't traded yet. I was thinging that they just move it for the attention or the adjustment of the dollar value. They know everyone is watching. That is free Advertising. JMHO.
