There is going to have to be a BIG TIME CURFEW if this is so.

I read on another post on this website that people think that when it R/Vs, it will be between .04 to .14 cents. I was just wondering who thinks this is true? From what I have read lately, this doesn't seem to make any sense that it would be this low. What do you guys think.
