You're puzzled because somewhere along the line someone theorized that the RV must go hand in hand with the FIL and gradually, through the power of flawed thinking and bad communication, the idea became a pseudo-fact. No-one remembers why or how but somehow everyone now thinks that FIL means RV. This is why everyone got so excited at the news of the FIL being ratified...they thought (based on pseudo-fact) that the RV was imminent. This is why you are puzzled. Ask yourself why you thought the RV would follow the FIL in short order.

Sorry about your personal problem, but remember when 'one door closes..another one opens'. I see alot of good things for you ahead. Everybody isn't a match. One day you will meet someone that will really change your life...for the good and then you will realize how valuable you are. Please don't think money will solve your personal love life, if it's about money, move on quickly. She can't be all bad if she returned the ring. Have always enjoyed your posts and great humor.
Good Luck & Merry Christmas !

Central Bank of Iraq concluded many agreements with the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund and the Paris Club countries, which seeks to restore Aldenarlemkanth (THE DINAR) as it was in previous decades 3/13/2007

hurry the shiite up!!!
patience is a virtue. so is moderation. we have collectively had an overdose of patience.
time to bring this baby home.
so, does anyone have an arabic speaking friend who can call all the banks who buy off the CBI, email them the relevant info pointing to the extremly imminent reval that we have, so they have 2 or more zero auctions, then reval because it has totally dried up.
7 mil, anyway, thats peanuts.
give up CBI, you not gona get anymore back in. just do it. now!
and dont go low, we wont budge. go high today. allah is getting restless. and allah is great. dont fack with him......!
if you dont cough up NOW there will be no virgins, not for anybody in your crew anyway ... theyll all be allocated to rolclubbers - and , without a revalue, y'all got an imminent civil war, then a bunch of borat clones waiting for you in the afterlife when you die a boring death.
not much fun!!
c'mon people of rolclub, let us collectively send our intention to these slowcoaches. help them to prosper so we can too. create peace where its most needed TODAY.
PRAYER/MEDITATION: imagine stepping with your imagination, the gateway to your god-self, INSIDE the bodies of all those with the power to sign the reval (and its only a few) and from inside their bodies BE WITH THEM encouraging and helping them with the signing of the paper pr whatever you want to imagine, taking over from ther egos if they resist. this is divine will. dont be shy! this one way to do it they didnt put in "the secret", but how its gota be done if they drag the chain. if we dont see this by mid december, their country is toast, and so is our investment, and world peace is a thing of the past.
TIME TO GET BUSY!!!
together we can do this.
stop reading the news and waiting for them to tell us when it happen.
WE MAKE THE NEWS.
THE MIND IS WHAT CREATES THE UNIVERSE. USE THE BLAUDY THING!!!
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO T!

Hey buddy, keep the faith. Many of us have been in that situation. Its a bad deal, no doubt. Stay the course, the rolculb family will stick with you. Things will happen soon that will help. (to the extent that money will help) But, drinking on the beach in a few weeks might give you a little better perspective on your problems. (just a thought).. Good luck.

First, sorry if this is in the wrong place, please move if needed.
Folks, to put it another way, faith is the belief in things not seen. The way I look at it, faith is not noun, it's a verb.
Take some time to visualize the moment you find out. How do you first hear about it? On the news? this website? Do you hear Susie's and CP's w**t's echoing across the lands?
Next go deeper--how does that moment feel? Physically, mentally, spiritually? Does your heart break open with gratitude? do you weep with happiness, jump for joy? Imagine other moments, like telling your loved ones, like paying off your debts....
Remember, faith is belief in things not seen, faith is knowing, and accepting that which has not YET come. EXERCISE your faith. Where 3 or more are gathered....
I for one will weep with gratitude....jump for joy...after that I will smile so much my face will hurt...

I would like to add something here. As far as the FIL being a precursor to an RV, it could be or not. A FIL is something Iraq had to have to do business at a high level with the rest of the world, but I have not seen any evidence that the CBI sees it that way. I understand they are taking out dinar in an attempt to reduce the rate of inflation as well as raising interest rates to do the same. Except for a couple of articles stating that a rise in the value of the dinar would help the average Iraqi, there has been no demand by politicians for the CBI to do so. In fact there seems to be more noise comming from us than anyone else. You would think there would be all kinds of pressure from the folks that it would help most. I am not a naysayer, never have been. It's strange to me that there just seems to be a void here. We can point all we want to things like the FIL, draw down of the dinar and these small increases in value against the dollar but we really don't have anything concrete that the CBI is even thinking RV to the levels we are talking about. Not yet anyway. Hope more is going on behind closed doors than what they show.

LOL, I'm not only gonna take a stab at it, I'm gonna shred it to pieces.
Hows this for a thought? The wording of the below sentence, along with their use of comma's is slightly confusing....
On the other hand, the banking source said that the meeting dealt with numerous topics, the most important of the new policy by the Central Bank which, in addition to the daily reduction of the dollar rate of exchange, an increase in the interest rate paid to banks to invest night at the Central Bank, which amount to 15% for 14 days, and 16% for one month, as well as remittances auction organized by the World Bank.
we have this...
the meeting dealt with numerous topics,
the most important of the new policy by the Central Bank
in addition to
the daily reduction of the dollar rate of exchange
an increase in the interest rate paid to banks
So can it be interpreted this way?...
the meeting dealt with numerous topics,
#1 THE MOST IMPORTANT of the new policy (r/v?)
#2 reduction of the dollar
#3 increasing the interest rate
Did I stab it enough?
Cheers!

Sunni leader Motlak: National salvation front soon in Iraq
By Assad Jamil
Baghdad, Dec 3, (VOI) – Iraqi Sunni politician Saleh al-Motlak on Sunday said a national salvation front would soon be declared in Iraq that includes a number of political and religious figures.
“The declaration of setting this front aims at correcting the path of the stumbling political process,” Motlak, head of the Sunni National Dialogue Front (NDF), told reporters during a visit to the Jordanian capital Amman.
“In addition to the NDF, the front would include Iyad Allawi’s National Iraqi List, Meshaan al-Juburi’s Reconciliation and Liberation Front and the Sadr Movement headed by Moqtada al-Sadr,” he said.
Motlak said that other parties and movements from outside the political process would also join in the new front. “These include the Iraqi Institutional Conference headed by Jawad al-Khalisi, tribal sides from southern and central Iraq, representatives of the Yezidis, Turkmen, anti-secessionist Kurdish movements, Christian blocs and the Pan-Arab Shiite movement,” he added.
“The front would have the support of religious figures of heavy political and social weight,” Motlak told reporters.
On Saturday, the Sadrist bloc declared that a parliamentary front would be established to stand up against the presence of occupation forces in Iraq.
Falah Hassan Shanshal, head of the Sadrist bloc in parliament, told the independent news agency Voices of Iraq (VOI) the bloc obtained 105 signatures of legislators representing the political mosaic in parliament in support of the proposal.
I thought Sadr was out?
