And could you PULLLEEEEZE give us a little hint as to the rate? With sugar on top?
Adster, you seem to know also! Shame on you for keeping your friends in the dark all night!

Kofi Annan agrees to provide UN political, economic support for Iraq
Annan agrees to provide UN political, economic support for Iraq

Source: Kuna
Responding to Iraqi and US requests this week, Secretary-General Kofi Annan late Friday agreed that the UN provide "strong support" in developing the 'International Compact for Iraq,' his press office said in a statement.
The statement said the UN will be working closely in the coming days with the Iraqi Government and the donor community - including UNDP, other UN agencies, and the World Bank - to come up with a joint approach to support the new Iraqi Government. "The Secretary-General looks forward to receiving more details from the Iraqis on the Compact and on the role they would wish the UN to play," the statement added. Earlier this week Annan received a telephone call from the Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and met yesterday with the Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari. They both sought the UN support in launching this new aid programme.
Late Thursday Annan met US Deputy Treasury Secretary Robert Kimmitt and State Department Counselor Philip Zelikow, who came with a message from President Bush supporting the Iraqi request for a lead UN role in the process. The Secretary-General has designated his Deputy Mark Malloch Brown as his focal point in New York for this issue and his Special Representative Ashraf Qazi in the same role on the ground in Iraq. In a related matter, Zebari met late Friday with the Japanese envoy to the UN Kenzo Oshima with whom he discussed bilateral relations.
Oshima told KUNA following the meeting that the Japanese Government is actively considering providing air service for the UN and Multi National Force (MNF) and "the formal decision will not be far away." Oshima said Japan is "very much interested" in being part of the 'International Compact for Iraq.'
