XE.com - UCC Error says 1431.35 conversion rate today. I do not know if this is bid (they will buy yours) or ask (they will sell to you). Anybody?

I am really looking forward to the day when I don't look at prices. I can't wait until I really don't care how much a bottle of wine is, or what I am being charged for a good meal. I am not an extravagant guy, but I am dang tired of always penny pinching personally.

So here is to not giving a fack what things cost some day soon.

I compared the two and saw something weird. If you look at the back of the 25K bill, you see what looks like a snake/dragon head. His eye is green. Well the ones that I got from Safedinar.com, his eye is light green and the ones I got from Newiraqcurrency.com, his eye is DARK green. Is this ok or is something fishy here?
That should be okay. Color runs out and each batch will vary slightly possibly in depth of color, and also how the bill is cut. Take some of your USD and look and you will notice such variations as well.

Yes, my husband and I were in Chase this past Saturday and the manager told us that a big announcement of Chase purchasing a well known bank will happen on Dec. 15th. He wasn't sure which bank it was, but he said that it was a bank that is well known around the country.

It's the midpoint between the Bid and Ask!

Kuwaiti FM arrives in Cairo for Iraq Committee meeting

(With Photos) CAIRO, Dec 4 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-sabah arrived in Cairo Monday to participate in a meeting of the ministerial committee on Iraq, to start tomorrow.

The committee members will aim to find an Arab action plan to help Iraq overcome the current obscure situation and prevent further security deterioration.

The meeting's agenda includes one item: Assisting Iraqi people in achieving security and a successful political process in the country.

In messages to Arab foreign ministers last month, Arab League's Secretary General Amr Moussa underlined the pan-Arab organization's adherence to continue its drive to help Iraq.

The League pledged in a press release yesterday to abide by the decision of the participating ministers, underlining its commitment and determination to bear responsibilities toward achieving national conciliation in Iraq.

The Iraq committee includes Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bahrain, Jordan, Algeria and Sudan in addition to Iraq and the Arab League. (end) kz.

Nice post. Was that number a bid or ask quote? I brokered for a number of years. Ask is usually what a market maker/broker is willing to sell at and bid is what they will pay you for yours. Thanks.

Sorry, I got the wrong quote.
