The HCL is so important and I always got the feeling that thing had to pass before ICI.

Iraq gets aid if they pass this HCL that are the statements of the donor countries. Is there more to tell!

Wrong, the CBI has been selling dollars for atleast 2 years, And as recent as a year ago some the auctions reached 60 to 80 million dollars going out. Which means alot of dinar coming in for the last 2 years. <--- Fact.

WebGuy, I expect this one to pass sooner. Don't forget they have a deadline by the IMF on this one till 31/12/2006 and it is the key for the ICI.

They have to and they know it. They know that everything will be settled by 1/1/2007 the new fiscal year.

If you purchased your dinars from Chase in the first place, I can see how they would not require authentication. It may be a different story for dinars purchased elsewhere when you take them to Chase for exchange.

They will get it done and for all of the Iraqis and I am glad for all of them, they deserve it after all this poverty and shite.

We know they don't have the $20 billion to boost that oil sector so they need the big foreign companies and they need the HCL. That is the key to the wealth of the Iraqis.

I have confidence that they pass this baby in time which is soon!
