Could be NYC again (stock exchange) or we could get lucky and they could go after Washington DC? (IRS, Congress, ect) we would have to start over and stop the selling out of the USA. But I must agree, it is not an IF but a When.

    sorry
Opens at $1.69 because I said so?

My point was that the CBI has been taking in dinar since the start of the PDF, Jan 04.
Very good. Please continue with your comments on how you see the effects of your numbers on the base money supply, its effect of inflation and possible supply and demand considerations on price rise/decline?

    Default Socata?

    Socata,

Forgive my ignorance, but could you expound on the statement below? Thank you.

Warren Buffet is betting heavily on the decline of the dollar. To the tune of 16 billion dollars of his own money.

Also, I do not know if IQD used in the GOI budget is included anywhere in the CBI figures.

Check out Welcome to EverBank! they have quite a bit of information on banking in foriegn currency.

With all of the talks about the upcoming potential threats to the economy and to electronic banking you might want to consider buying into hard bullion. That is one item that you can be sure will hold its value if everything else goes to hell in a handbasket.

Just my two cents...hope it helps.
What about Warka Bank? They will soon be up to speed technologically. Or for that matter any other bank in Iraq, perhaps a state owned bank like Trade Bank (The one HSBC is heavily into). If the Dinar is poised for a healthy revalue then a healthy run up as the country blossoms, why not?

Knowles, I think you see my point now & as far as there effects on everything else, who knows, there's now way to tell how much is going back out once taken in by the CBI. But the fact is some does or they would have had to print a lot more.

    Default Financial Professionals

Planner will want to know your goals, your tax situation and all other assets that are out there. You want all of your money going in the direction that is best for all your goals and that's hard to do with you split it 5 ways. If a person has many millions (as many on here will) they will need a couple of good Bond guys, others for tax efficient investments and others for growth that isn't going to create too much capital gains in any one particular year. So, when you say the ones who Perform the best - in which manner? The Bond guys may perform beautifully for certain tax situations, but if you compare them to growth performances, they would fall to the bottom.

There are some really good Private Banking companies out there than handle millions. They have a Group of financial professionals that all work together on your particular needs. I have approached a Private Banking division and will probably go with them when the time comes.

So, comparing several planners really isn't a very fair way to go, for you or for them. If you want to "play around" with some bucks and pass it out there for performance, that is one thing, but when we all have many millions, go to a Group of professionals. I may go to two groups of professionals and I also have contacts with two of the best Bond guys in the U.S.

Wanted to pass along another view points.

DinarDarling, Thanks for your helpful input here.

I just sent you a PM
    Thanks

Thanks for bringing up this site king. Just in case nobody else is doing it, I'm gonna go ahead and crunch these numbers and see what it comes out to.
