that is correct, the proper way to quote it is .31 dinar = 1 dollar. that is what it says on the BOB site. which equates to $3.30 i believe??

Only 7 more hours to "Post" time at the CBI. Any speculation as to what we will see tomorow morning? They were a little late in their posting this morning, but hey, with a little extra time I like to look at the login sheet at the bottom of the page and see what other "Dinar Zombies" are up at that time of the day. You would be surprised to see you is lurking so early in the AM.

no, i spoke to the actual guy at iif. i got a pm from a guy who was a friend of his and he said the guy knew stuff about the dinar goin to the usa so i messaged him and asked him if he was a certain guy who my truck driver friend knew. he said he wasnt but that he also knew that guy and we continued the conversation. everything he told me was verified by my fellow research team member who was driving trucks in iraq in the same area. i can go back and find my pm to him in my folder with all my text files from 2.3 years in there. lol

i know clays story was 12B but like i said i had only heard of 7.

That interpretation has been put forth before. But at $3.22 Iraq would be worth more USD than every single country on earth back in 2004 (and even today). Makes no sense. Plus if you look at denominational structures and various wealth indicators Iraq slots much more closely with their OPEC members Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar than they do with Jordan, Oman, or Kuwait. The denominational structures from TABLE B are as follows:

Kuwait 1KD = 3.4 USD (1 KD = 1,000 Fils) 12 Denominations:
Notes: KD 20, 10, 5, 1 Fils 500, 250
Coins: Fils 100, 50, 20, 10, 5, 1

Bahrain 1BD = 2.7 USD (1 BD = 1,000 Fils) 9 Denominations:
Notes: BD 20, 10, 5, 1 Fils 500
Coins: Fils 100, 50, 25, 10

Oman 1 ORial = 2.6 USD (1 OMR = 1,000 Baiza) 13 Denominations:

Now let's look at the Iraqi current IQD denominations:

So if Iraq were to "value out" the top 25K, 10K, 5K, and 1K notes and add say a 10, 5, and 1 IQD denominations, which denominal structure would they more closely resemble??? What were Tant, the CBI, the MOF, the IMF, and Shabibi thinking when they sent up the new IQD??? Did they randomly pick the denominational values?? Nope. No way. They purposely picked the current denominations and values for a specific reason. There is a built in value increase allowed by the manner in which they set it up. The 25K and 10K are clearly slated to be bank exchange notes only in the future.
