I didn't think the IAMB meeting was that big of a deal anymore since Iraq asked the IAMB to extend their overseeing the oil revenues etc. I thought the whole excitement surrounding the IAMB meeting initially was to release Iraq from "big brother watching" and they would have full control over their oil revenues....I could be wrong.....there is so much info that I easily get confused...

I thought someone posted articles AFTERWARDS indicating Iraq wanted control again. Maybe I'm confused as well but I sure seem to recall that flip-flop indicating Iraq was ready.
