Exactly correct. This large Trillions was intentional in order to carry Iraq to 2010 when the GCC has stated they will try to combine currencies similar as Europe did with the Euro. The Iraqis can't change the cash based society overnight. In fact it could take a full generation to get Iraqis to trust banks. Hopefully it'll be quicker. Don't forget Saddam burned them big time during his reign of terror and they'd rather stash Dinar (or USD) under their mattress than even get near a bank.

The point was simple and obvious. Because the chances of it keeping on this way (2,3,4,5 dinars a day) without a sudden hike up are so very small, and next to impossible, we can rejoice in the beauty of our beloved investment, and all that it promises us in return.

this tells me they havent enacted the fil yet since when that happens warka should be transfering the accounts over into everyones name at the isx. if they are sending out emails like this it means that hasnt taken place yet. i am sure everyone will be notified by warka when it takes place.
