Then your large RV is very close indeed!
I totally agree. However, I personally feel, that the banks already have the smaller notes and that we probably won't learn of them until after we learn of the RV.

I believe they know if there was an announcement of the smaller notes, it would only increase speculation.

Ya I don't think something like would stay hidden for very long. Someone that helped print them would have leaked it out allready. De Larue in France would had to have an employee that leaked it, if it were true.

I mean we cant even keep classified Whitehouse memos from being leaked.
Most people can't be trusted, so we should have laws against guns, which most people will abide by because they can be trusted.

Of course, if you pay your employees enough and they are loyal to their company, then there would be no reason to leak something that could possibility ruin your career.

Leaks only occur if there is something to be gained by the person doing the leaking. IMO

I know this might sound disappointing but I have a strong suspicion that the CBI is leaning towards IMF's target of 1345 by the year end. It does not help the citizens but I do not recollect politicians caring about their country's citizens. The biggest hurdle to an economic recovery in Iraq are the politicians. With 15 to 16 auction days left until the year end, it's looking likely that the 70-odd remaining dinars will be creamed off from the exchange rate to meet the IMF target. I would love to be wrong though!

Quorum prevent a meeting of Parliament for the third day in a row
    Baghdad - (Voices of Iraq)

The absence of a quorum of members of the House of Representatives today, Thursday, without a formal meeting for the third consecutive day.

A source close to the Council in a telephone conversation with the News Agency (Voices of Iraq) Independent today, "did not constitute a quorum, The consultative meeting was held today and deliberative. "

It prevented the media coverage of the proceedings of the consultative meeting today despite the announcement by the President of the Council, Mahmoud Almshahadani in a press conference yesterday the lifting of the ban on media coverage of the proceedings of the Council since last week.
The Information Service in the House and the media that the decision to lift the prohibition remained frozen until the development of procedures and controls for that.

Almshahadani was decided last week to prevent journalists from entering (the Palais des Congrès), which is located in the Green Zone in Baghdad. denial of cover meetings of the Parliament grounds that the political council of national security made a recommendation in this regard in order to "stop the escalation and sectarian tension."

He accused the President of the House of Representatives of the Iraqi media and foreign "to work on fueling resentment and violence" in the country.
