The Prime Minister invited Mr. Nuri Kamal al-Maliki to effective international presence in the International Conference on Iraq, stressing that the issues to be discussed at the Conference will Tekatasserali economic side, but will extend to aspects of security, politics and international relations and the issue of national reconciliation,

If you go the the webpage iraqigovernment.org and click properties it looks like they modified the site today. So its not a glitch in the system..it was purposely done for some reason.

I'm using CallingID Link Advisor, DayDream and as I mentioned it's listing EKUR (Baghdad) as owner of the site but I've never had a problem gaining access either until this morning.
It's not a glitch for sure as the error message I receive states that IE was able to connect, but does not have permission to view the webpage.
It'll be interesting to see the reason why access is being denied.
