Well sure, the Iraqi people don't have a lot of money to hang on to but with the trend of the dinar in the last month I would expect the auction amount to go down & not up. With the way it's going I can't see it slowing down. 1365.....Starting to think not.

well yeah, coz you can still buy a ton of dinar for a dollar. we know the only way to change that is to raise the value of the dinar higher than the dollar.

I see what your saying but if we keep the amount of dinar relative to the dollar I would expect the people to keep there money in dinar form & not go to the banks to exchange them for dollars. We are not the only people reading the stories about the dinar gaining strength so if the Iraqis had more confidence in what was going on. I think they would hold the dinar, but just like the promised stipends that never happened, the Iraqi Government can not be trusted so I don't blame the Iraqi people.

Also, if the government continues to adopt a biased, sectarian and chauvinistic position, the Arab countries should take a clear position, otherwise they will be responsible before God. Asked why the Association of Muslim Scholars refused to participate in the national reconciliation conference, Al-Dari said: "This conference and other similar conferences are organized for media and political purposes. i would still hang onto the dollar. one of the gentlemen in our group was in kurdistan and the bartender at the club laughed when he offered him a thousand dinar note. he said he would rather have had a dollar. my friend told him it would be worth much more than the dollar soon and he laughed saying he prefered to keep the dollar. they dont trust and i wouldnt either.
