Theres no way on gods green earth that this is a misprint. First off the value of $10,000 IQD would be somewhere around $7.10 not $6,600. unless they meant $6.60 which wouldnt make sense seeing how the exchange rate keeps climbing and isnt at $6.60 per 10k. And also they use commas to represent foreign amounts not US Dollar amounts.

Isn't is strange how we hear this is happening months ago, yet nothing, just like the 10K, makes you wonder if they have to leak information on any changes to test the water before enacting. This seems to be the constant theme in Iraq, so maybe this leak of $6,600. is the same game.

That is at the CURRENT rate of exchange....the dinar rate is changing every day now. Why have they not handed out the 10,000 yet? Why are they waiting?
