I tried that approach first. I tried the reporters' name @azzaman.com 2 different ways (underscore between first and last name and a period between first and last name), both were returned immediately. I tried [email protected] and it was also returned. Translated the arabic page and no e-mail contacts showed.

I was able to find the e-mail address I needed elsewhere. PM me if you'd like it but I don't want to flood this person's inbox if you know what I mean....

Something keeps going round and round in my head, on top of all this latest news. It finally worked it's way through all my excitement! Anyhow, a 10,000 loan is different from a 10,000 stipend, right? I'm asking because we have been waiting for the 10,000 to be handed out. But a loan is totally different. Am I making any sense?

Yes, the stipend is what the citizens were to get for the EID holiday that they are still waiting for. This is for a new business loan.

Just a thought, if you were going to RV to .66 would you wait till Sunday to announce it? All the speculators would be buying up the Dinar waiting for the Sunday announcement. Thoughts?

It wouldn't make a difference to the CBI. If I go to Chase to buy more, the dinar is simply changing from Chase's hands into my hands. If you go buy from Ebay, the dinar is simply changing from the dealer's hands into your hands. This will not affect the CBI. They are still liable for making good on the value of that dinar.

The only way the CBI would be affected is if they begin putting more dinar in circulation rather than taking out of circulation. In that case, they would be increasing their liability.
