Lebanese oil company looking to enter market in northern Iraq

Lebanon's Make Oil Company is planning to start building a $3 billion oil refinery in northern Iraq within one month, The Daily Star Lebanon reported on Wednesday.

The firm is expecting to sign a contract with the Iraqi Natural Resources Ministry in about three weeks, said the Lebanese newspaper. As soon as the process is completed, the company will start construction immediately in Dhouk, near Irbil, Make Oil General Manager Ahmad Kheireddine said.

The company also proposed building a smaller refinery in Dhouk that would launch operations in nine months, he said. The smaller refinery may be put to use while waiting for the completion of the bigger facility, Kheireddine added.

The construction of the major refinery is expected to last two to three years, and once completed it will be able to handle 250,000 barrels per day (bpd), said Make Oil head engineer Mahmoud Darwish. The company's investors for the northern Iraq refinery hail from the Gulf, Europe and the United States.

Refineries in Dhouk are not Make Oil's only targets, the report revealed. The firm is also among bidders for the construction of a $2.2 billion refinery in Basra. That project would take about two-and-a-half years to finish and would have a capacity of 150,000 bpd, Darwish said.

But getting to Basra to complete the deal is a big problem for the Make Oil, reported The Daily Star, mainly because of the because of the sectarian conflict in Iraq, company executives are unwilling to travel there. But Kheireddine expressed hope that the contract would be signed in two or three months if the situation allowed.

In northern Iraq as in Basra, Make Oil has faced fierce competition from Gulf oil firms, many of which enjoy vast financial resources and experience. The Lebanese say their good relationships with the ministry and the Kurds have helped their cause, and they are eager to build factories and civil projects in northern Iraq.

The raging war in Iraq has not affected Make Oil's work, nor should the refinery be a target for attack, officials said. The Daily Star quoted Kheireddine saying "There's no danger in northern Iraq It's [like] a separate territory. We're not taking a risk."

Make Oil officials also brushed aside talk of northern Iraq becoming an independent country -- Turkey and the United States will not allow the Kurds to secede, according to Make Oil Deputy General Manager Samer Zeitoun, said The Daily Star.

"This won't happen," Zeitoun said. "Even if this happens, we won't have any problems." The northern Iraq project will be the first refinery built by Make Oil, which has offices in Germany, Spain, England, Sudan and Syria

Previously there was a female assistant manager that I had looked up the dinars with in their currency book but she is gone now. This is really good news coming from Bank of America in my view. Wells Fargo has been more elusive with me and only states that they will exchange when it is traded on the 4x. Anyway, the manager had a big shiite eating grin on his face when I left after he peddled his financial wares to me for 30 minutes or so. I have never felt better about dinars than I do at this very moment in time!!

The Illuminati interests wanted to create a Central Bank in America. They wanted to build the Federal Reserve. Then the Commission returned in 1910, and Nelson Aldrich went to a secret meeting at the Jekyll Island Hunt Club in Georgia to write the legislation for an American central bank to be run by the IllumInati. Others at the Jekyll island meeting were these Illuminati men - A. Platt Andrew, Frank Vanderiip (of a Kuhn-Loeb & Company bank), Henry Davidson (of J.P. Morgan), Charies Norton (of a Morgan bank), Paul Warburg (of Kuhn-Loeb & Company and brother-in-law of Schiff), Benjamin Strong (of another Morgan company). Most of these men were connected to Jacob Schiff or J.P. Morgan, who in turn were agents for the House of Rothschild.

The Jekyll Island Hunt Club was even owned by J.P. Morgan. The Federal Reserve bill was sneakily passed through congress in the winter of 1913 and President Woodrow Wilson signed the bill into law. The Illuminati, particularly the Rockefellers and Rothschilds, bad usurped the financial power of the United States.
