The text of the speech of Mr. President of the Republic in the national reconciliation conference

December 16, 2006

Mr. President gave a speech to the national reconciliation conference, which was held on 12-16-2006, read on his behalf by Mr. Kamran Qarah temple spokesman excellencies. Following is the text of the speech :

"In the name of God the Merciful
Sisters dear women colleagues the very mandate.
Dear brothers, dear.
May peace and God's mercy and blessings

I do not understand the backlash because I am very bullish on this investment. If people want to vent on me because I have a differing view it doesn't bother me. If they truely have animousity towards me simple enough to put me on ignore and I've invited that action previously and openly. I fully believe we can get from .10 to .31 and if anyone can show me another investment that can achieve that type of return I'm very interested. Reading back on my responses I've been cordial and fair with everyone. Just think tanking away with everyone else here. Please read back and show me where I'm instigating these types of backlash? I'm just giving honest analysis of each report and the majority of my material is VERY positive.

I will attempt to be a little more clear in my responses. That particular reply was not to prove the misprint but to show the numbers are close no matter which recent rate you use. One problem I see is people focus in on one singular aspect of this. Too narrow a focus I believe leads people in the wrong direction. I will step back and comply with your requests, but really Neno I'd like some clearer examples of where I'm being negative. I'm extremely optimistic about this investment and bring a lot of hope to a very high rate of return even if it is a littlle longer than most here want. Also believe if there was any way possible for some overnight re-val that works for the Iraqi people I am all for it. I'd love to be wrong and rich.

I don't thinks so. I believe that the transfers for abroad are USD sold to the Banks for backing USD denominated Letters of Credit issued by the Banks to pay for goods or services from foreign Companies. ..ie..If a CBI Member bank issues a Letter of Credit for $1,000,000 USD to pay for something purchased for a USA company, the Bank has to Buy $1,000,000 from the CBI to back the LC. Make sence?

Thanks, Jake. The gradual idea is not really new but it is catching on by a lot of the old time IQD investors. Here at Rolclub we have a lot of new investors (which is great the more the merrier!!!) and I can fully understand their excitement over this. I would love an overnight re-val and maybe once HCL is enacted it will be possible. But slow grow is better than no grow!!!!

I remember when I first got into this, back in the summer of 04. All I could think of was that it would be just a few months and we would all be wealthy.
Anywho, he we are almost three years later and finally we see upward movement. It may seem slow, but it is moving in the right direction.

I think the next 3 to 6 months will be critical. Pull up a chair and lets watch it unfold.
